Chico State University is my alma mater, where I completed my bachelor’s degree in Business – specializing in Marketing. One of my true passions is creating marketing content that will truly make your property stand out from the competition!  I supply my sellers differentiation by utilizing multiple marketing strategies; targeted e-marketing campaigns, extensive social media marketing, open house events, video tours, and provide printed materials including flyers and/or brochures. The ultimate goal is to engage and reach potential buyers on all medium levels, not just one.

I am a Chico native (Go CHS Panthers!) and mother. Because of this, I have detailed knowledge of the specific neighborhoods, schools, and activities that Chico and surrounding areas have to offer. 

For almost a decade, I was a licensed California Property & Casualty Insurance agent. During this time, I was able to sharpen my skill sets with clients by acquiring the ability to clearly and promptly communicate, educate, and build relationships.  I am invested in your experience and will go to no end to make sure that your needs are met.
