Its the first week of 2015 and already we’re seeing listing sell within days, price reductions, buyers starting and continuing to look for their “dream home”!  What are you looking for is going to be the question?  Will pools still be in high demand?  Will 3 bedrooms be enough for your family?  Will downtown homes and rentals still be sizzling hot?  Will we have many new homes to offer buyers?
We’ll watch the trends and interest rates and see where 2015 takes our Chico market?
