This neighborhood is located within a few miles of most major Chico shopping centers and near the new “Meriam Park” commercial area that includes our new courthouse.  You’ll find 2 neighborhood green spaces, several types of housing options and close proximity to elementary and Marsh Junior High School.  This is also the gateway to the connection of the bike path connecting Bidwell Park and Butte Creek Canyon, and the Harrison Bike and Walk Trail, a very popular cycling route!
